So what's on your bucket list? How about assisting one of the three chefs vying to be the 2015 Master P-Noy Chef®--three time defending Master P-Noy Chef® Joey Macadangdang, who is now the Chef/Owner of Joey’s Kitchen, Chef Ritchard Cariaga of Ka`ana Kitchen-Andaz Maui at Wailea, and Chef Alvin Savella of Pulehu, an Italian Grill at the Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resort Villas? The chefs will be preparing--from scratch, all on-site with a mystery basket containing required ingredients that will be unveiled that morning--a Filipino-inspired luau.
