Enter Festival Hoops sponsored by Friends of Joe Blackburn during the Maui Fil-Am Heritage Festival® on Saturday, October 17 at the Maui Mall. The top three hoopsters--the one who makes the most hoops in 60 seconds--in each of the three age brackets (up to ten years old; 10 to 15 years old; and 16 years to adult)-- will win $100/$40/$25.
