At Saturday's Maui Fil-Am Heritage Festival® [tomorrow, November 1] at the Maui Mallfrom 10:00 am to 3:00 pm, you will have an opportunity to get up close and personal with Maui's outstanding chefs of Filipino ancestry. Competing in the 2014 Master P-Noy Chef Cook Off® sponsored by Alexander & Baldwin, Inc. is the two-time defending Master P-Noy Chef Joey Macadangdang of Roy's Kaanapali. Hoping to unseat him are Chef Isaac Bancaco of Andaz and Chef Riko Bartolome of Montage Kapalua. And guest hosting will be Chef Sheldon Simeon, the 2011 Master P-Noy Chef. And yes, after the friendly competition, there will be a free sampling of what these outstanding chefs have prepared.
